During checkout you must choose the Shipping to: Your options are USA, International or Canada. Then in the Shipping Destination your options are International with a choice of Country, USA where you must select your shipping State and the last choice is for Canada. This is necessary to include the proper shipping charge and whether it is taxable or not. Taxes are only collected for Pennsylvania.
